David Megginson, until recently Chairman of The idm Group and now Honorary Life President, has recently co-authored three books which spell out some of the processses that the company uses in its mentoring and coaching processes...
In November 2008, his book, Learning from Burnout, was published by Butterworth-Heinemann. He co-wrote it with Tim Casserley and it tells the stories of 100 high flyers who were at risk of, or had, or were in the throes of burnout.
