Despite all best intentions, there may be times when executives have to face difficult situations which, if not handled carefully, can have a significant impact on the reputation of the organisation, perhaps even attracting media attention. This course is designed to help executives understand how to recognise and handle potentially difficult situations quickly, and deal with public relations issues professionally.
