GOOD TO GREAT PERFORMANCE

> back to programme menu

The ability to create “great” organisational performance takes little more effort than creating “good” performance – the difference lies mainly in our individual and collective attitudes to the creation of “greatness”. This course considers the principles of moving from good to great taken from the work of Jim Collins. The course mainly focuses on the practical application of those principles and the subsequent personal and organisational implications.
