Idm launch their newly designed Governance Survey to assist clients in assessing the positioning of their Board in terms of current and future Governance provision...


Directors are invited to participate in the survey by completing a questionnaire which encourages them to examine their organisation’s Board structure, the Board’s use of predictive strategic analysis tools and their effectiveness as a leadership team


The survey is undertaken free of charge (and anonymously if desired) and Directors are immediately able to benchmark their responses online to assess the positioning of their Board in relation to other leadership teams. Feedback from those who have completed the survey so far has confirmed that this is a valuable tool in encouraging self evaluation amongst Directors and constructive review of their organisation’s Board. It also enables Boards to identify any areas requiring further development, both on an individual and a team basis.
