Expanding and Realigning


Following its recent growth, The idm Group has realigned its consultancy and mentoring services and extensive offering of open development programmes. Three specific market-focused divisions reflect the differing and continually-evolving needs of organisations within the Public, Private and Third Sectors.

The members of The idm Group are:

  • Ascendius: (formerly known as Independent Decision Makers) focuses on medium/large commercial organisations within the Private Sector;
  • Pilgrim Fathers: supports all Public and Third Sector organisations;
  • Maven Investors: serves SMEs in the Private Sector which require growth support.

The idm Group is synonymous to its clients with a personable, strategic and practical approach to developing and supporting Directors and Boards. The Group’s success lies in its team of highly-experienced, practiced directors who are passionate about raising the capabilities of directors and boards to ensure the long-term success of their organisations.
