Dedicated teams are responsible for the recording and the digital capture of audio, still images and video at all The idm Group events. It is the policy of The idm Group to use this captured information in publicity and marketing, as well at future events. No individuals within a captured image, video or sound clip are made personally identifiable. Where individuals are named, this is only done with prior consent. By attending The idm Group events you are agreeing to the the non-specific recording and digital capture of audio, still images and video.
