Executive Coaching and Mentoring is a programme of 1:1 support which usually takes place over a 6 month period. It focuses on developing increased personal awareness and helping individuals to make decisions in order to achieve personal and organisational improvement.

Our Coach and Mentor Team comprises experienced and successful Directors who have proven mentoring expertise. A member of the team will work with an individual to help them to overcome specific challenges and achieve their personal goals, providing the benefit of their own experience if required.

Coaching and Mentoring will benefit those seeking to:
