Your First 100 Days is a six month mentoring programme designed to support individuals who have just been, or who are about to be, appointed to the role of Director or Chief Executive for the first time.

The programme focuses on developing the individualīs practical capabilities, enabling them to undertake their directorial responsibilities confidently, to provide governance and leadership, and to contribute effectively to the Board.

Your First 100 Days will:

  • Raise awareness of the standards and accountabilities of a Director and Board member
  • Explore organisational policies and assess their implications
  • Develop strategic capability
  • Cultivate relevant leadership styles
  • Identify potential challenges and barriers and develop plans to overcome these
  • Identify key stakeholders and develop strategies to deliver their desired outcomes
  • Support the transition from management to leadership
