As an experienced tutor, business facilitator and personal mentor, Carmel has helped individuals, teams and organisations in both the public and private sectors across the USA, Europe and the UK. Her market sector experience includes Utilities, retail, franchise industry, engineering and central government departments

As a tutor, her expertise in the field of Leadership and Executive Development, in the UK and overseas, has resulted in Carmel lecturing at the University of Loughborough, Henry Ford College contributing to their MSC and Diploma programmes.

As a facilitator she is currently working with a variety of blue chip organisations from developing individual and team performance to driving the business strategy. Her background as a Head of Leadership and Management Development with Boots The Chemists, Director of Training with FastFrame USA., as well as experience in a range of public and private organisations means that she can draw on a variety of experiences and challenges which equip her with the tools to support individuals, teams and organisations and their learning.

Carmel’s style as a personal mentor is supportive, yet challenging, in order to help individuals become more aware of personal barriers and achieve their full potential. She has been a coach to senior business leaders and also has considerable experience in senior leader potential profiling.
