Caroline has held a number of Executive and Director positions in large UK and International Financial Service organisations where she has specialised in strategic business change, leadership and the development of people. Working with business leaders, her forte is the design and delivery of bespoke, sustainable, pragmatic solutions to deploy strategy and realise corporate and individual development goals.

As an established Coach and executive Mentor, she is a respected change expert and her experience of providing positive impact through constructive challenge, energy, focus, new ideas and change wisdom, has enabled many executives take their ambitions to a new dimension, identify win-win opportunities and make bold informed decisions about their immediate and future plans.

Caroline is a Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University where she mentors CEOs, Directors and senior executives undertaking professional doctorates and seeking to make a difference to management practise. She provides thought leadership and group facilitation on strategy, business change and organisational design.

  • Designed, collaboratively developed and delivered a strategy to prioritise and manage a £20m strategic change portfolio. Engaged key stakeholders and the Board to identify opportunities to achieve the goal through corporate planning redesign
  • Pioneered the development and implementation of a service delivery strategy to exceed income target by 270% in 6 months, totalling £7m
  • Worked across organisational boundaries to re-engineer and implement new product development operations contributing £18m to net profit
  • Developed the capability of numerous Directors and senior managers to lead successful change in their organisations
