Frances has held a number of senior positions in both the public and private sectors, developing her experience in formulating and implementing strategic and customer-focused solutions. She has over 18 years account management experience with the banking, finance, leisure, media and retail sectors which involves delivering customer transformation and organisational development. Customer satisfaction and ability to establish relationships at all levels in varied organisations is the key to her success. This experience has been invaluable when leading the provider arm of the local Primary Care Trust to “Arms Length Trading Organisation” status, combining commercial expertise with an in-depth knowledge of the NHS to enable the organisation to compete with other suppliers.

Frances is also a mentor/coach, specialising in working with people who want to break through the “glass ceiling” and who have gone on in their careers to fulfil their potential. She is also an experienced facilitator of diverse groups in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

  • Winning the Masters Club award (highest sales accolade in BT) for a global call centre virtualisation solution worth £50 million
  • Winning and implementing a £23 million transformational deal for a leading travel company, and delivering the 15% cost savings required
